National Marriage Seminars (NMS) will provide CE units for the following Clinicians:
Counselors:
Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations. Please save the course outline, the certificate of completion you receive from the activity and contact your state board or organization to determine specific filing requirements.
Social Workers:
NMS is approved as a provider for continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. NMS maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: January 27, 2017-January 27, 2020. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval. Social workers will receive 12 clinical continuing education clock hours in participating in the Level 1 course, 20.25 hours for the Level 2 course, and 20.25 hours for the Level 3 course. A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of each program to social workers who complete each respective program evaluation.
Psychologists:
NMS is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NMS maintains responsibility for this program and its content. NMS is offering the Level 1 training for 12 hours of continuing education credit, the Level 2 training for 20 hours of continuing education credit, and the Level 3 training for 20 hours of continuing education credit. Full attendance is required; no partial credits will be offered for partial attendance.
Other Professions:
The Level 1 seminar qualifies for 12 continuing education clock hours, the Level 2 seminar qualifies for 20.25 continuing education clock hours, and the Level 3 seminar qualifies for 20.25 continuing education clock hours as required by many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations. Save your course outline and certificate of completion, and contact your own board or organization for specific requirements.
Marriage and Family Therapists:
The Level 1 activity consists of 720 minutes of continuing education instruction. The Level 2 activity consists of 1215 minutes of continuing education instruction. The Level 3 activity consists of 1215 minutes of continuing education instruction. Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations. You should save this course outline, the certificate of completion you receive from the activity and contact your state board or organization to determine specific filing requirements.
Please Note: Licensing Boards change regulations often, and while we attempt to stay abreast of their most recent changes, if you have questions or concerns about this course meeting your specific board’s approval, we recommend you contact your board directly to obtain a ruling.
Satisfactory Completion:
Participants must attend the entire seminar and complete an evaluation to receive a certificate. Failure to sign in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel prior to four weeks before the workshop date, a full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be provided. Following this cut-off date, your fee can be applied to a future workshop within one calendar year with the payment of an additional $100 transfer fee which is due and payable at the time of the new registration. The transfer fee will be billed at the time of the new registration under a separate invoice.
